Associate Attorney
As an associate attorney in the firm's Denver office, Juliana primarily serves clients in the firm’s national Hemp and Cannabinoids practice and also assists the growing Psychedelics and Emerging Therapies group. In her final semester of law school, Juliana worked as a law clerk at Vicente during the implementation of Proposition 122, the Natural Medicine Health Act, where she tackled complex policy issues under the guidance of founding partner Joshua Kappel.

Kyle P. Dutch is an associate attorney in Vicente LLP's Massachusetts office. As a member of the litigation and arbitration practice group, he focuses his practice on assisting clients involved in complex commercial disputes.

As a data analyst at Vicente LLP, Casey Boston is responsible for creating and maintaining databases, gathering data from multiple sources, and identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends ensuring accuracy and integrity.

In addition to her firm management role, she leads the firm’s California Practice Group based in Los Angeles, where she counsels clients on a wide range of transactional, regulatory, and land use issues related to the cannabis industry.
