Overview
Colleen Mitchell is a licensing project manager at Vicente LLP. As part of the Merit Licensing Department, she is responsible for managing and drafting competitive licensing applications for all types of cannabis businesses. She has helped clients successfully obtain cannabis licenses in New Mexico, Mississippi, Alabama, Colorado, and more.
Prior to joining Vicente LLP, Colleen managed the sales and marketing efforts for a cannabis ad-tech startup based in Los Angeles. She completed extensive research on cannabis advertising regulations and worked in tandem with the chief compliance officer to create a state-by-state guide to cannabis advertising law. While completing her B.A. in History and Political Science at the University of Georgia, Colleen spent a semester in Washington D.C. interning at New York Governor Cuomo’s D.C. office.
