Florida Cannabis Attorney Sally Peebles to Discuss Legal Perspectives at the 2024 Florida Marijuana Policy Conference

The 2024 Florida Marijuana Policy Conference, hosted by the Medical Marijuana Business Association of Florida, will feature Vicente LLP partner Sally Kent Peebles on a panel discussing Banking, Legal, and Finance perspectives on adult use and medical marijuana in the Sunshine State.

The conference, which will take place at Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee on November 18, will focus on the future of Florida’s adult-use marijuana legalization initiative Amendment 3, federal rescheduling, and medical marijuana treatment center (MMTC) licenses.
