Andrea Golan Slated to Address Emerging Trends in Hemp-Derived Cannabinoid Legislation at HIACon 2023

On November 29, 2023, Vicente LLP hemp regulatory attorney Andrea Golan will discuss emerging trends in hemp-derived cannabinoid legislation across the U.S. at HIACon 2023.

Andrea will also address varying approaches to regulating ‘intoxicating’ and ‘synthetic’ cannabinoids, including outright bans, serving size and packaging limits, minimum purchasing age requirements, and child-proof packaging, along with potential changes in the regulation of these products under federal law. This conference will be held August 28-30  in Austin, Texas.
