Yolanda Clarke Slated to Speak as a Panelist for AILA Colorado Annual Conference

Associate Attorney Yolanda Clarke is slated to be a panelist at the American Immigration Lawyers Association Colorado Chapter 9th Annual Fall Conference on Friday, October 11, 2019.
The theme of this year's conference, hosted by the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, is Immigration Narratives, Civil Rights, and Advocacy. The conference will feature expert advocates and academics from across the county providing advice on federal court litigation, immigration and marijuana, labor, family, and advocacy in the modern world.
Yolanda's panel "Marijuana & Immigration" is scheduled at 3:45 pm and will cover topics such as:
- Implications in immigration law for workers in the cannabis industry, or other beneficiaries of income derived from lawful state marijuana businesses
- Marijuana policy/ State vs. Federal legislation
