Vicente LLP continues its nationwide growth with new hires in New York and Denver, expanding its corporate, litigation, and federal policy practices.

As cannabis, hemp, and psychedelics law continue to evolve across the United States, Vicente LLP is growing its national team to meet increasing client demand and strengthen its diverse practice areas. We’re excited to welcome three new attorneys: Elena Markos, Daniel Molina, and Seth Wolkofsky. Each brings valuable experience and a shared passion for helping clients succeed in these dynamic industries.

Elena Markos Joins Vicente’s Corporate Department in New York City

Associate | Corporate Law, M&A, Regulatory Compliance

Elena joins Vicente LLP’s Corporate Department, where she advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, business formation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Vicente, she clerked for the Honorable Lina P. Corriston, J.S.C., in the Civil Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, handling matters ranging from employment discrimination to complex commercial disputes.

Before earning her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she concentrated in Health Law, Elena built a successful career in healthcare communications supporting Fortune 100 pharmaceutical clients through national drug launches and medical education initiatives. She also holds a B.S. from New York University.

Daniel Molina Strengthens Vicente’s Hemp & Litigation Teams in Denver

Associate | Litigation, Hemp & Cannabinoids, Corporate Support 

Daniel joins Vicente LLP’s Litigation and Hemp & Cannabinoids teams, where he supports clients across regulatory, operational, and corporate matters. Before practicing law, Daniel worked in the regulated hemp industry as a farmer and operator, managing cultivation, harvesting, product development, and sales.

A former U.S. Army combat medic, Daniel brings a strong sense of service and discipline to his work. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, following a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

Outside of work, Daniel teaches combat medicine and volunteers with the Trident Defense Initiative to train medics supporting the Ukrainian Army.

Seth Wolkofsky Expands Vicente’s Alcohol and Regulatory Practice in New York

Counsel | Alcoholic Beverage Law, Regulatory Compliance, Federal Policy

Seth Wolkofsky is counsel in Vicente LLP’s New York office, where he focuses his practice in the hemp and beverage industries on regulatory and compliance matters across the United States.

Seth is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience advising alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers, and retailers. Previously serving as Counsel at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, Seth specializes in Alcoholic Beverage Law, advising on TTB, FTC, and state laws and regulations.
