UF Law SNCBA to Host Cannabis Legalization in Florida Panel with Sally Kent Peebles

The University of Florida Law Student National Cannabis Bar Association (SNCBA) will host the panel session "The Future of Cannabis Legalization in Florida" on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. ET. 

Panelists include:

  • Sally Kent Peebles, partner at VS and co-chair of the Florida Medical Cannabis Advisory Committee

  • Florida State Senator Jeff Brandes (R), sponsor of "Availability of Marijuana for Adult Use" (SB 710) in the Florida Senate

  • Florida State Representative Carlos Guillermo Smith (D), sponsor of "Availability of Marijuana for Adult Use" (HB 343) in the Florida House
