New York Attorney Neil Willner to Attend NCSLA 2025 Alcohol Regulation Conference in Buffalo

This year, the New York State Liquor Authority is hosting the NCSLA 2025 Northern/Southern Regional Conference from September 14 to 16, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel & Conference Center in Buffalo, New York.  

Vicente LLP counsel Neil M. Willner, based in the firm’s New York office, will be in attendance. The conference will bring together regulators, attorneys, and industry leaders to discuss pressing issues in alcohol regulation and policy. 

About Neil Willner 

Neil M. Willner focuses his practice on the cannabis industry, with a particular emphasis on regulatory and compliance matters in New York, New Jersey and other jurisdictions across the country. Over the last several years, Neil has been at the forefront of regulatory challenges concerning the crossover of the hemp and regulated marijuana industries.
