On Thursday, December 16 at 2:45 p.m., Charlie Alovisetti and Sahar Ayinehsazian will join the panel "Cannabis M&A is Back: What You Need to Know to Succeed" with Christopher Stefan of Cannabis Capital Advisors. This panel discussion will bring attendees up to date on the hottest markets for M&A, the latest valuation metrics, who and where today’s buyers and sellers are, how the biggest deals are happening despite a patchwork of regulatory challenges, and how current operators can maximize their chances of a successful exit. The discussion will also look into the near- and long-term future for important timelines and regulatory trends, including diversity and equity, that will influence approvals for mergers and acquisitions of all sizes in 2022.
On Friday, December 17 at 3 p.m., Marc Ross will join the panel "ESG, Social Equity & Justice, Sustainability Practices & Inclusion/Diversity" with USCC & MPP's Steven Hawkins, among others. The panel will address where ESG investments fit in their asset allocation mix, social justice benefits, regulatory reform, and improving the overall health of our society.
