Vicente LLP partner Jason Tarasek will speak at Indigenous Business Con 2025, taking place October 14-15, 2025 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Organized by the Indigenous Business Group, the conference unites Tribal leaders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals for two days of networking, education and collaboration. It focuses on building partnerships that create real economic opportunities and strengthen Native-owned enterprises.
Panel: The Green Economy — Cannabis, Hemp & Indigenous Wellness
On Tuesday, October 14, from 10:15–11:05 a.m. CT, Jason Tarasek, partner at Vicente LLP, will join the panel discussion “The Green Economy: Cannabis, Hemp & Indigenous Wellness.”
Moderated by Mary Jane Oatman, Executive Director of the Indigenous Cannabis Industry Association (ICIA), the session will explore how cannabis and hemp are reshaping Indigenous economies and advancing wellness sovereignty.
