On April 19, attorneys for the HIA and RE Botanicals (including VS’s Shane Pennington) will deliver oral arguments to a D.C. Circuit panel centering on the DEA’s 2020 interim final rule that purports to regulate hemp manufacturing byproducts that go “hot” during the production process.
