Cassia Furman to Join LACBA to Review New California Dept. of Cannabis Control Regulations

Join the Los Angeles County Bar Association Cannabis Section for a collegial round-table about the new emergency Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations, which went into effect on September 27, 2021. The regulations combine and revise the three legacy sets of cannabis regulations, introducing many changes to licensing and enforcement requirements for cannabis businesses.

VS partner Cassia Furman will join Katie Podein of Clark Howell LLP and Bryan Bergman of Nolan Heimann LLP to review the adopted rules and critically engage with the new regulatory landscape. Attendees will receive 1.5 hours of CLE general credit.
