Adam Fine to Discuss Cannabis in Massachusetts at 2022 Real Estate Bar Association Conference

VS partner Adam Fine will take the stage on Monday, May 2 at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. ET to discuss recent case law and provide a legislative primer on the siting of Massachusetts marijuana establishments at the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts 2022 Spring Conference in Norwood, Massachusetts.
The panel will focus on the latest trial and appellate decisions, as well as proposed Massachusetts legislation to address recent developments in cannabis law. In addition, they will discuss their insights and experience in siting cannabis facilities in various municipalities throughout the Commonwealth.
