Vicente Sederberg Announces New Partners and Additional Attorney Promotions in Boston, Denver, Los Angeles and New York

BOSTON, DENVER, LOS ANGELES and NEW YORK — Leading cannabis law firm Vicente Sederberg LLP on Thursday announced several attorney promotions across its offices, including three new partners. The promotions all take effect January 1, 2022.

In the Boston office, counsel Phil Silverman will become a partner, and senior associate attorneys Meg Nash, Jeremy Shaw, and David M. Ullian will be promoted to counsel.

In the Denver office, Jerrico Perez will become a partner, senior associate attorney Carl Werner will be promoted to counsel, and associate attorney Yolanda Clarke will be promoted to senior associate.

In the Los Angeles office, Sahar Ayinehsazian will become a partner, and associate attorney Andrea A. Golan will be promoted to senior associate. 

In the New York office, senior associate attorney Michelle Bodian will be promoted to counsel.

  • Sahar Ayinehsazian is based in VS’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses her practice on cannabis banking, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. She helped establish and currently co-leads the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Department, and she is a member of the National Cannabis Industry Association’s Banking Access Committee.   • Jerrico Perez is based in VS’s Denver office, where she focuses her practice on administrative law, regulatory compliance, and licensing. She is a leader of the firm’s Administrative Law practice, and she has helped clients obtain cannabis business licenses through competitive and non-competitive application processes in several states and Canada.   • Phil Silverman is based in VS’s Boston office, where he focuses his practice on licensing, land use and zoning.
