Overview
Seth Wolkofsky is counsel in Vicente LLP’s New York office, where he focuses his practice in the hemp and beverage industries on regulatory and compliance matters across the United States.
Seth is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience advising alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers, and retailers. Previously serving as Counsel at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, Seth specializes in Alcoholic Beverage Law, advising on TTB, FTC, and state laws and regulations. Seth is also experienced in reviewing the legalities of marketing initiatives, negotiating and reviewing industry agreements, and trade practice compliance. Seth began his legal career at Buchman Law Firm, LLP, where he guided clients in obtaining federal and state licenses and regulatory approvals.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and the Albert A. List College of Jewish Studies at the Jewish Theological Seminary.
