Samantha Joule Fow is a business development executive assistant at Vicente LLP who brings a wealth of diverse experience to her role assisting Brian Vicente and supporting the firm’s business development priorities.

With a background in management consulting, project management, and business development, Samantha brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to every project she undertakes. Samantha possesses exceptional technical writing skills, marketing expertise, and consulting abilities, supported by her extensive experience in project management and strategic planning. Her proficiency in legal and regulatory compliance, coupled with her strong leadership and client engagement skills, makes her a versatile professional capable of driving results in fast-paced environments.

Samantha founded the marketing consulting firm Axiom Communications in 2017. She operated the company and its small but dedicated staff until closing its doors to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a management consultant. Her work with the Category Management Support Office and Veterans Health Administration Innovation Ecosystem helped further healthcare innovation programming across the agency as well as private-sector access to VA programs and resources.

Samantha holds a Masters of Energy Regulation & Law and a Masters of Laws in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also earned her Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Florida Atlantic University, graduating magna cum laude from both programs.
