Overview

Navid Brewster serves as counsel in Vicente LLP’s Los Angeles office, where he focuses his practice on business and corporate law matters. He regularly advises licensed commercial cannabis clients, brands, and ancillary companies on regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, transactions and corporate matters across a variety of disciplines. Navid’s previous experience as general counsel to a vertically integrated cannabis company in California provided him with invaluable insight into the operations of compliant cannabis businesses and the common issues these companies face. 

Prior to joining Vicente LLP, Navid served as general counsel to Loudpack and has worked as an attorney focused on the cannabis industry since 2017. He graduated cum laude from Tulane University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
