Overview

Michael Yenzer is an associate attorney at Vicente LLP. He focuses his practice on helping clients start, fund, run and grow their businesses, in addition to being a great source of knowledge for complex corporate transactions. Michael returned to Vicente LLP in 2021 after previously spending the summer of 2019 working as a law clerk in Vicente LLP’s Corporate Department.

Prior to joining Vicente LLP as an associate attorney, Michael worked as a legal associate for EquipmentShare, as well as law clerking for Smith & Parnell LLC and Eng & Woods throughout his law school tenure.

Michael earned both his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, graduating with an Honors Tax Certificate.
