Overview

Mandy is a licensing specialist in Vicente LLP's Boston office, where she is responsible for staying current with state and federal laws and regulations, and drafting cannabis license applications. 

Previously working as a paralegal in the real estate, land use, bankruptcy, and business litigation areas, Mandy possesses a strong understanding of complex closings and lease abstracting, emphasizing the review of corporate organizational documents and property management/construction-related forms.

Mandy holds a Masters of Business Administration from Lasell University, as well as a B.S. in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. A Roxbury native from Boston, she seeks to encourage the continued education, research, and activism within the cannabis industry and her community.
