Overview

Kate Monroe is a licensing specialist on Vicente LLP’s national merit licensing team. She is responsible for managing licensing projects for cannabis operators obtaining both local and state licenses. Prior to joining Vicente LLP, Kate was involved in the California cannabis industry for many years, working for an operating retailer and manufacturer, where she gained extensive experience in licensing, compliance, and operations.

After becoming involved in cannabis, Kate found a passion for the unique challenges of the emerging and groundbreaking industry and is enthusiastic about using her experience and knowledge to help the industry expand throughout the country.
