Overview
Kaci Hohmann serves as counsel in Vicente LLP’s Oregon office, where she advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate formation and governance, debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other complex business issues.
Kaci was a member of the drafting team for Oregon Measure 109, which legalized psilocybin services in the state of Oregon. She previously served as chair of the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Section and as chair of the Psychedelics Subcommittee. Prior to joining Vicente, Kaci was a shareholder at Emerge Law Group, where she practiced business law and co-chaired the firm’s psychedelics practice group.
Kaci believes lawyers are uniquely positioned to use their skills to create positive changes in their communities and lends her expertise as a pro bono attorney to several Oregon organizations.
