Overview
Juliana Todeschi is an associate attorney at Vicente LLP’s Denver office. She primarily serves clients in the firm’s national Hemp and Cannabinoids practice and also assists the growing Psychedelics and Emerging Therapies group.
Prior to joining Vicente as an associate, Juliana served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Craig R. Welling on the Colorado Court of Appeals. In her final semester of law school, Juliana worked as a Psychedelics and Emerging Therapies law clerk at Vicente during the implementation of Proposition 122, the Natural Medicine Health Act, where she tackled complex policy issues under the guidance of one of Vicente’s founding partners, Joshua Kappel. Juliana was recognized with an Outstanding Student Award from her alma mater, the University of Denver, for her work at Vicente.
Juliana holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wagner College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. During her time at Denver Law, she served as a Production Editor of the Denver Law Review. Between her undergraduate studies and law school, Juliana operated a boutique public relations and creative marketing firm in the music industry.
As a born-and-bred Coloradan, Juliana feels passionately about the state’s laboratory of democracy, which has allowed laws like Amendment 64 and the Natural Medicine Health Act to pass by ballot initiative. Given her background in psychology, Juliana is also an advocate for mental health and ensuring greater access to the use of plant medicines in therapeutic contexts. Juliana is excited to join Vicente’s efforts in reforming drug policy, both in Colorado and across the country.
