Overview

Gabriel is an associate attorney in Vicente LLP’s corporate group, where he advises clients in a range of corporate and transactional matters, including private placement offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial arrangements. Gabriel’s additional experience advising clients in regulatory and land use permitting and compliance allows him to provide holistic guidance and support in transactional matters.

Prior to joining Vicente LLP, Gabriel worked as a paralegal involved in real estate, transactional, and corporate matters, and possesses a strong familiarity with state/local regulations, zoning bylaws, and corporate organizational documents.

Gabriel holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. in History from New York University.
