Overview

Dan Molina is an associate attorney at Vicente LLP's Denver office. He assists the litigation team and collaborates closely with the hemp & cannabinoids and corporate departments on various matters.

Prior to joining Vicente, Dan worked as a hemp farmer in the regulated hemp industry, managing cultivation, harvesting, product development, and sales. He also served nearly five years as a U.S. Army combat medic and continues to teach combat medicine courses in austere environments during his free time.

Dan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a bachelor’s degree in public law and administration. He later earned his master’s degree in public administration from the same institution. He went on to complete his Juris Doctorate at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Dedicated to service, Dan is a long-standing Pikes Peak United Way Emerging Leaders Council member and works with Trident Defense Initiative in Ukraine to train new combat medics supporting the Ukrainian Army. His passion for the cannabis industry is deeply rooted in his military service and hands-on experience as a hemp farmer.
