Dan J. DiResta is the chief operating officer at Vicente LLP. He leads the day-to-day execution of the Firm’s strategy, directly manages the Firm’s business functions, and supports the practice groups, offices, and industry leaders. Dan and the Vicente LLP team have a shared sense of purpose and collaboration to ensure the best results for its industry clients and community.

Before joining Vicente LLP, Dan spent many years serving as Chief Operating Officer at both regional and national law firms. Prior to serving in COO roles, Dan specialized in talent management, professional development and strategic planning at an Am Law 100 firm for over a decade.
