Overview

Ashley Davies is an associate attorney in Vicente LLP’s Los Angeles office, where she advises clients on a wide range of transactional, licensing, regulatory, real estate, and intellectual property matters related to the cannabis industry.

Prior to joining Vicente LLP, Ashley served as corporate counsel for one of California’s largest vertically integrated cannabis companies, Shryne Group, and before that was a litigation attorney at a national law firm.

Ashley received her Juris Doctorate, with an emphasis in Advocacy & Dispute Resolution, from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco.
