Overview
Anna V. Pham is a licensing and economics specialist at Vicente LLP's Denver office. She aids the merit licensing team in competitive applications with their business plans, relevant narratives, and pro formas. She also assists Vicente LLP’s director of economics and research with a wide range of market analysis services, state-by-state data tracking, and research on various policy topics.
Prior to joining Vicente LLP, Anna was an early employee of a prominent workforce management cannabis startup. She took on a variety of roles, which allowed her to gain unique insights while working directly with cannabis business owners. Anna was on the company's first compliance team and contributed to developing standards for bank vetting practices within the industry. In that process, she was able to gain a deeper understanding of the significant hurdles that cannabis stakeholders face regarding banking regulation and tax issues.
Anna received her Master's in Business Administration from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas and has been involved in the ancillary side of the cannabis industry since graduation. She's extremely passionate about issues that prevent the cannabis industry from operating at its full potential, especially the imbalances surrounding social equity.
